This workshop will cover rehabilitation of a number of different Lower Body Injuries. We will discuss proper biomechanics of the Toe, Foot, Ankle, Knee and Hip for optimizing Injury prevention. Identify common technique errors of the Lower back and pelvis in relation to the Pilates exercises and in daily life. Learn modifications to develop strength and flexibility for common lower body injuries.

We have been asked by international students who would like access to this program and we are happy to announce we are making our course available around the world. This program is for those who can't get to LA, or for those teachers who have been certified in another style of Pilates. This is also a great program for those people who are not sure they are ready to commit to a full Teacher Training course. It is an excellent supplementary education for all Teacher Training Programs.

This is an actual LIVE recording of the entire certification course as it’s being taught!  It includes all 5 levels, 124 videos, approximately 26 HOURS of instruction. Students are welcome to take the entire PTC course from home on their schedule.

Our next group of graduates will be coming your way very soon. Here at Pilates Technique Certification, we currently have one group of students finishing up, taking their final in one week, while another group is completing their Level 2 work. Many of our students who will be taking their final, have already found employment as Pilates Instructors. They have been placed in small boutique studio's as well as in large corporate gyms. The April Pilates Technique Certification Program is beginning this weekend with Orientation on Sunday April 23rd at 1pm at Classic Pilates Body in Santa Monica.

We all have the capacity to heal our own aches and pains. The original Pilates principals when adhered to in our daily life, can really dissipate the aches and pains of the human body. The idea of body awareness, knowing where your body is in space, listening to your body are all simple ways to get your self out of pain. A slight adjustment in posture or pelvis positioning can make all the difference in chronic hip, back and neck pain.
